Kale Chips with Balsamic Vinegar and Salt

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 300F.
  2. Wash and dry the kale leaves, then tear them into bite-size pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl whisk together the coconut oil and balsamic vinegar.
  4. Add the kale leaves to the bowl and coat them with the mixture, trying to cover the leaves thoroughly.
  5. Arrange the kale leaves on a baking sheet in a single layer, sprinkle them with salt and bake on the center rack for 15 minutes or until crisp.
  6. Serve and enjoy right away or keep these kale chips for later as your on-the-go snack!
Notes
Variations: Add ¼ teaspoon onion powder and ¼ teaspoon garlic powder for a zesty twist!
