Spicy "Notato" Arrowroot Masala

- In a medium-size saucepan bring water to a boil. While water is heating clean and peel the arrowroots.
- Add them to a boiling water, reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, set aside to cool.
- Dice the arrowroots when they are safe to handle.
- Preheat a skillet over medium high and when it gets hot add the solid cooking fat.
- Once the fat has melted add the mustard and cumin seeds and cook stirring for 1 minute.
- Next add the garlic powder, ginger powder, turmeric, and salt, stir to combine the spices.
- Add the diced arrowroots while stirring to help spices to incorporate, add bone broth and cook for a couple of minutes.
- Lastly add the lemon juice and cilantro, give it a final stir, serve and enjoy!
