Spicy "Notato" Arrowroot Masala

Instructions
  1. In a medium-size saucepan bring water to a boil. While water is heating clean and peel the arrowroots.
  2. Add them to a boiling water, reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, set aside to cool.
  3. Dice the arrowroots when they are safe to handle.
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium high and when it gets hot add the solid cooking fat.
  5. Once the fat has melted add the mustard and cumin seeds and cook stirring for 1 minute.
  6. Next add the garlic powder, ginger powder, turmeric, and salt, stir to combine the spices.
  7. Add the diced arrowroots while stirring to help spices to incorporate, add bone broth and cook for a couple of minutes.
  8. Lastly add the lemon juice and cilantro, give it a final stir, serve and enjoy!
Notes
*Duck fat or lard are good choices for this recipe.
