Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Remove zest from lemon with grater and squeeze juice from lemon.
  2. Combine the lemon juice, zest, sardines, palm shortening, chives, and garlic in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  3. Serve with flatbread and salad of your choosing.
Notes
* Feel free to use ghee if you can tolerate it.
