Did you know what spices from India arrived to Europe during the Age of Exploration?
Indian cuisine has been highly influenced by various cultures interacting with each other over the centuries and, as a result of these interactions, it became one of the most versatile in the world. Moreover, Indian cuisine has influenced many other cultures around the globe, including European, Asian and Middle Eastern.
Indian food is one of my long time favorites and I cook it regularly, solicited by my husband, who is even a bigger fun of spicy Indian meals. However, given that I don’t use certain ingredients in cooking, we’ve had a limited number of dishes to enjoy so far. That is why I was delighted to receive a copy of “My Paleo AIP Indian Adventure”. Inside, I was pleased to find my favorite dishes, such as Rogan Josh, Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Garlic Prawns among many others. I was also delighted to discover many dishes that I haven’t tasted before, for example Goan Chicken Xacuti, Brackenhurst Chicken Curry and Chicken Chettinad Curry. They are definitely on my list to make! Oh, and what about these Spiced Lamb Kebabs? They looks delicious and easy to make!
